I have come into impressions furniture a few times looking for a couch, each time I have always been greeted and offered assistance but have not felt pressured. I decided to go ahead with one of the couches on my last visit, it’s good quality and best of all they had the stock ready to be delivered. I was helped by Harmony and she was very pleasant to deal with the whole time. My couch has now been delivered less then a week from purchase with no issue.
